Unplug the Washing Machine...

If there are any 20 amp circuits in a house, the washing machine is going to be plugged into one of them. When I find a low amperage situation, the washer is a sure thing most of the time.

You are burning up the windings on your Porter CABLE saw because it can't get enough amperage to drive your load. Go get a $40 Skilsaw for those low amperage situations, and get out your chainsaw for the big stuff. (Besides, the chain saw is more fun anyway!)
