I'm thinking about buying a condo that is three years old and is in really good condition. The only problem is that in one very small place in the living room, the floor is a little uneven. My realtor checked with the builder and said that the floor is structurally sound, it's just a cosmetic defect. The condo is under warranty, but the builder won't fix it, since it is a cosmetic defect. My realtor acts like she sees this all the time, even in very expensive houses. Is this really a common problem, and is the floor really OK? Thanks!
