I have no answer to your question,just comments. I can't believe you can't install a dryer vent on the outside of your building if it's done with a professional look to it. No don't put it next to the front door, but whats wrong with to the side or to the back of the building. Almost all new buildings have exterior vents,who sees them or who would possibly care that they're there.Heres my advice ,with the upmost respect to you, put a for-sale sign in the front yard and move to a place that doesn't run their lives by what the neighbors think.
