tyvic house wrap
I've been in the stucco trade for 16 years now, and find that this type of house wrap has been very problemadic, as the moisture enters the nail holes, and other areas,
I find that it doesn't do what it explains.
the moisture,or water that enters doesn't evaporate.
from all the moisture problems on hundreads of houses and buildings that I worked on.
most of them had tyvic house wrap that was installed properly, newer houses & buildings.
the other few that I had to remove the stucco because of moisture problems were aprosomently 100 years old.
tyvic house wrap, amcowrap/pinkwrap.
I find to be a problem.
