Two ways I have done this in the past...

1) Run the line under a routed out raised wooden threshold that goes across the doorway if applicable.

2) Run the line around the base board then remove the molding around a door and take it up, over and down the door, then carefully replace the molding being careful Not to nail or hit the line, then around the molding on the other side to the water supply.

3) a procedure that I would NOT do; take the line up the wall up into the attic and over to the other supply wall and down to the water. If you do this, make real sure that the line is well insulated in the attic from freezing.

4) Take up the floor, rent a small jack hammer and cut a groove in the slab and then float over it and then re install the flooring and there you go.
