Tung oil and urethane

Charlie........don't do will have a hard time getting a urethane to dry over that tung oil........

Choose one or the other.........

Our floors range from 100 to 160 years old.......some of the newer ones have had only oil on them - it has been many years since they were oiled - I am trying a test patch of urethane - but I expect it to work fine - since it has been so long.

Just sand - and apply three coats of oil based urethane (I think it looks nicer on old floors) - sanding and dusting between coats......
