Sounds like you have too much moisture in the air. In cold weather, moisture can form on surfaces such as windows even though they are exposed to maximum air circulation. A Dehumidifier may be the solution to your problem. These units have been around for decades and they work incredibly well. But first, you may want to purchase a Home Humidity Meter if you don't already have one. An ideal household humidity might be somewhere around 30 to 40 percent. Good Luck, Paul
