First are you using the 1 foot squares? If so, you can do this, but if sheet, forget it.

First, full square around the foot. Then with the back paper from a tile, set it in the vacancy and trace around the claw foot with a sharp exacto knife. Then lay this on a new tile, it may take two tries to perfect this. Now cut out the claw, and directly behind this claw, cut the tile to the end with a sharp knife, the cut must be very straight.

Now, carefully open up the cut and spread the claw cut out carefully. Straddle the cut around the actual claw and then conform the square back into the hole. This should do it. Do this for the other front claw. any space that is void from the cut, caulk it in with 100% silicon. This should do it.
