Gel Gloss comes in a bright fuschia can and is specifically for acrylics tile and marble. You can usually find it in paint stores, and especially in RV supply centers.

Beyond that, you could try goof off, but if you say you are living in an apartment, I suspect that rather than actual marble, you actually have an acrylic sink that is cast to look like marble, or you have cultured marble, which isn't the real stuff either. Most apartments wouldn't have actual marble in their countertops, it's too expensive.

Try the gel gloss, I bet it works.
