Truss vs dimension lumber

If cost is no object, go with the engineered trusses every time. They are far more dimensionally consistent and stable than standard joists, which can vary in dimension by as much as 1/4 inch. Dimension lumber changes shape, torques, has knots (always in the wrong place) and "moves". You will experience fewer drywall issues, floor squeaks, etc with the trusses.
