You replaced the thermocouple and lit the pilot, so gas is getting to the gas control valve. The problem is with the wiring, a control, or the gas valve. Now you need to have in your head and hands the contents of the qualified Evcon factory technician troubleshooting course on gas furnace controls and wiring, plus the instruments. Much like wanting to know how to fly a plane before you have the lessons - both can get you high in the air with a few mistakes.
