You may be asking for trouble from the power company and expose yourself to civil and criminal penalties for underpayment and theft of electricity. The setup was installed to start with to get lower rates. I doubt you will find a local electrician willing to put something in and get himself in trouble with the power company. An inspector of someone else could detect this during a visit or power outage. It isn't worth the trouble and I believe probably illegal to do. You couldn't get a permit to do this and the alteration may void your insurance coverage should your house be damaged for any reason. You couldn't sell the house with it either.
