I have Some concerns.

1] I recently brought home . This is 14 yrs old home in Georgia. I knew that this home was treated for termites.
What does it mean? Is it very bad, something I sholud lose my sleep over it? Which factors decide if it is bad or not to worry type problem.

2] I had home inspection dome and inspector gave me written report. He did not saw any structurl damage. But he was reffered by my relator.

3] This house was treated chemically and now on warrany by the company. Shall I extend the warranty?

4] Pest controll people will be doing once a year inspection. Is it enough? or it need to be done more frequently?

5]Shall I go for Bait system?

6] How can I recognise damage by the termites?

7] Ant thing elese needs to be one.?

8] I am working on controlling moisture and covering crawl space with plastic.

Thanks for your early reply,
