My warranty ran out and i forgot to renew it anyway my tv is not working and i can't get anyone to fix it because it is too big so i am told toshiba have been no help at all and refuse to send anyone out to fix it even though i know i will have to pay for it privately which i am prepared to do.
the screen will not turn on but the standby light is on constantly please help me.
