I don't know if someone has replied but just in case. On lead drain pipe should use metal toilet flange. If it fit's over pipe fine - if not tap top of lead pipe in until it does. There are four holes on flange for #12 screws. make sure that bolts for toilet will be situated properly (putting them in now is ok) and predrill holes for screws. while screwing in screws you have to level the flange.I found lead in way so I put couple of nuts on top of flange to put level on. After flange is level with screwss pound lead pipe edges over the flange and you're done.
