To the board administrators----

It's real simple, guys. You get ?'s URL. You don't need his name, just the URL. From that, you can get the name of his server. You call or e-mail the server and ask them to check what ? has posted. The big servers will cancel his account immediately. The small servers in a local area all talk to each other. They will not just cancel the account, they will notify all the other servers in the area not to accept this person as a customer. The guy is off the web forever. Then his father comes home, wonders what the kid was doing all day when he was out of school and wonders why his server no longer works. The kid loses his computer until he is old enough to buy hisown--which in this case might be when he is 37 years old.
