There was no message, just a heading, but I'm assuming you're looking for the best way to remove wallpaper from plaster walls. This is a project I am in the middle of right now (5 rooms). First, buy a garden sprayer (essential); second, buy a paper tiger to score wallpaper; then, use DIF liquid wallpaper remover (follow directions). I've found the two secrets to successful (and easier) removal is 1. don't let the scored wallpaper get dry; 2. patience. The urge is to start scraping and get the paper off, but if you wait a little longer using the sprayer to keep the paper wet, it comes off in big strips. Even the 90-year-old paper that was under the paper I removed in my living room. Then clean, patch and paint. Good luck.
