By all means lay the tile first, but only far enough to the wall to cover the floor where the cabinets go. This will save the time of cutting and fitting. Then shim along the wall to raise the back of the cabinets to level. The dishwasher is not a problem as the cabinets will be raised to the finised floor level. It will also make it easier to grout the tile.
