That's a good question. FWIW, I don't know what it would cost where I live but for starters, that's just 1 factor in the price.

If no one gives any specific answer to your question, why not put the job out for bids. From there, just ask questions like, "Why should I pay Painter #1 15% more than Painter #2?" And, "What type of paint do you use?" And, "How many coats do you use, and why?" In short, by the time you've gotten your 3rd bid, you'd have learned a lot about the 'process' and are all the wiser. Then, compare the estimates and pick one.

Other than that, I haven't anything else to offer. I wouldn't use the price to paint a 200,000 sq. ft. house (just kidding) as a 'guide'. I believe that doing a job like this for a business will cost more than doing a residential job. My best to ya and hope this helps.
