Chris, I don't know what to tell you except the attitude that the bottom line is profit and integrity along with quality can go to -- is a common business practice in todays market. I've seen companies flat out not give a d-- if you are a perspective customer. Just look at the incomes of their CEO's. For a few bucks they could solve your problems and make you an advid Stanely customer.Instead they choose to ignore you, not caring that you will spread the news to other potential garage door opener customers and lose sales to other manufacturers. If the bottom line is profit, how does this correlate? How many one time customers can keep a business afloat? Must be Stanely has a great government subsidy compliments of the tax payers.
