Tile To Concrete Transition at Door Threshold

I have laid tile in my kitchen and doorway. I pulled the threshold up for my front door and the door going from my kitchen to my garage and laid the tile so that the edge would be under the threshold. Now I can’t find a threshold to transition from the height of the tile to the lower concrete, about 3/8".

Is anyone aware of a threshold that will transition from one height to another under the threshold?

Any advice on what I should do
