We do not endorce the setting of tile on plyboard, and the past follow ups make a lot of sence, but if you must here is a solution,
You need to use a elastromeric anti-fracture membrane. This is a product designed to absorb movement on floors. There is a product called uni-flex made by Texas cement products they have a portland thinset material that is actually stretchable . Ask them to send you a sample
you won't beleive it's thinset.
