I have an enquiry from my sister, having bathroom tiles that she wishes to paint. Following advice the tiles have been painted with a tile undercoat. Then a gloss top coat added. However this finish was easily damaged and the glaze of the tile then shone through.
My sister has heard of a product called `tile glaze' that would cure the ease to which the tiles damage.
Removal & replacement of the existing tiles is likely to cause severe damage to a wall plastered over 100 years ago and now thought to be in a fragile state.
Advice or details please.
