I agree with Dave. I use my leaf blower to clean off the patio in about 20 seconds. It would take 15 minutes with a push broom.

Also, its great for cleaning off the driveway and the laval rock areas with shrubs and plants.

However, for large quantities of leaves it takes more time than a rake. Sometimes I begin with the leaf blower, or get the wife started, but once you start to get piles of leaves, then the rake works best.

This year, I haven't done anything but mow each week. As long as I can mulch enough for the grass to get sunlight. However, once the Toby drops its leaves, I'll have to rake.
