Get yourself one of those electronic thermostats from The Home Depot, they are fairly cheap and easy to install and they aren't to expensive. That and on an electronic thermostat you can program temps and times for the certain temps to go on. Works well with central air, that way your not cooling a house your not in and heating a house you don't need heated while all snug in your bed.
