you can get a replacement 6 foot Thermastar by Pella slider at lowes for 3 hundred bucks
if you got that route make sure the stud cavitys next to the opening are insulated often in new construction any cavity that ends smaller than the
traditional 16 inch on center are subhect to poor insulation
