you can try them both, but I am sure this one is the one that will work. Get a large sewing needle and pierce the bubble and force the air out that hole with a rolling pin working toward the hole. You might need to enlarge the orfice if the air is not leaving.
Then you could get a bag of ice and place it on the air bubble and let it sit.
Once the air has left the area using the needle, you might want to dab some seam sealer on the puncture to seal it.
