Have three terminals on them. Have power (black wire) come into the first switch at the end of the switch that has one terminal. Wire the other end of the switch that has two terminals to the other three way switch end that has two terminals. (use two black or one black and one red wire) Then the end of the second three way switch that has the single terminal goes to the light fixtures (black wire). This is for the power only. The neutral wire (white) goes directly to the lights, bypassing the switches all together. Be sure to connect the ground wires (green) to the fixtures.
