of a weathered, aged look on a concrete anything is that the base color has to be in the concrete before it's cast. There are pigment type materials that you mix in with the concrete and the amount you mix determines the value of the color. On some concrete jobs, like driveways or patios, you can also mix in the color with the concrete and then put a different color or colors on top for a mottled look. You will not be able to do this well on the pots, probably, since they would be cast in molds where you can not easily get to the walls of the pot to add color while the concrete is in the early stages of setting.
