They're called self-leveling because you have to level them yourself. They do flow when mixed, but not like water. Some planning & skill is needed as they set up fast - especially when it's hot. Ardex K15 is the most well-known, but Kaufman Products out of Baltimore MD has the best, easiest to use product in existence.
