in the attic or floor joist if they are routed under the floor. also the vertical runs that go down the wall should be mechanically restrained too..but this would require tearing into your walls to accomplish this. install clamps in the attic or below the floor where the pipe runs are horizontal first and see what effect that will have on reducing the vibrating pipes. I assume they anly rattle when you have water flowing thru them with a faucet open. good luck LJ
