will work fine for what you are doing. The Etura works just like Corian. If you use the down cut blade you just have to press down a little on the saw as it cuts. I would clamp down a straightedge for a guide and you can dress the cut nicely with a flat file. The important thing to remember with the composites is that you need to carefully support them like when cutting plywood. One other thing you should be aware of with Etura...don't ever pour boiling water in the sink, like with draining spaghetti. It can cause a thermal shock crack. Luck, Kizmet
