Thanks for the help Dodgeman and David. I looked at the structure again and there is 2x4 bracing between the upper and lower chord held in place by nail face plates. The failed area seems to be located in the center of two of these bracing areas. There is one main wall that runs along the sagging area on the first and second floor so I'd have to say it is a load bearing wall at those levels. The wall in the basement that runs parallel is actually about 3.5 feet off from where the sag is located and the walls are located on the upper floors. I'll check with the truss manufacturer first to see what may be covered. Thanks again for the input.
