Not taking anything personal
I see there is may forums on this site and it would take days to dig through all the info so that is why I posted such a general question. I dont want to compromise the structure of this home by "mickey mousing" something together. I just dont know where to start. I have plenty of friends who are contractors, plumbers, masons, carpentors, etc. The ones that I have talked to about the subject say it can be done but done in a long period of time-- or... like you stated professionally but for a price. I guess I am kinda frugle and I want to do as much as I can myself w/o paying someone who could do the things I could've
