The "multi-faceted-ness" of the project is something I'm looking forward to. "Re-floating" I assume means another skim coat layer, correct?
The way i see it now is; clean current walls, prime, begin first skim coating, sand, 2nd skim coat, sand, paint. (i do not need to prime skim coat before painting do i?)
(each of these of course taking multi-days). I'm not in a hurry for this, but want to make sure i've got all the steps down right before i begin.
