Thanks for the fast response. I did put larger washers on the bolts, but the problem that I am running into is that the flange is so bent up on the old pipe, that the washers have nothing to grab onto to hold the toilet securely in place. Right now, the toilet kinda wobbles but should hold unless somebody comes up and pushes on it. Your right though about changing the level of the floor, I never thought about that. I have no plans on replacing the floor and must keep the level of the pipe at it's current position. Thanx.
