but one add on. Masonry bits, the cheap ones, drill maybe only one hole or two and then go bad. If you have multiple holes to drill, consider getting a titanium masonry bit. they are much more expensive, but go along ways from several holes. When done, spray it with WD40 and use it again.

Oh, yes, you do not HAVE OR MUST use a hammer drill. a regular 3/8 inch drill will work fine with a good bit.
