Sonny, my first suggestion would be to get a second opinion. I got into a lot of trouble with the Structural Pest Control Board for taking on Terminix. I caused numerous reports to be filed against them for lying to customers, doing shoddy treatments, overcharging customers, scare tatics, charging for work not done, etc. All of the servicemen and companies aren't crooked but before I had the work done, I would check with the Structural Pest Control Board of your state, to see how many complaints they have against this particular company. It seems that they've already done one job for you that should have eliminated this problem if done properly. A lot of the technicians get paid extra when they sell a job. A second opinion is almost a must, in my opinion. Good luck.
