Telepost adjustment

I am finishing my basement and framing around the two teleposts that hold the 3-2x10 beam. The house was built in 1997. A couple years after the house was built the home builders' repair guy came in and raised the telepost up a small amount due to the house settling. before I started the renovations I measured the distance between the floor and the beam at three locations, (at the basement concrete wall; at the first telepost; at the second telepost). They are off by a total of one inch. The middle telepost being the highest. Should I lower the teleposts to make the beam level? Or not worry about that and start framing?
The span between posts is 8'-3".

Thanks for your time and insight,
