71 inches is fine the manufacturer wont make it in 16ths of an inch and it wont scratch your trim or window.........19.2 is for the rest of you is for engineered trusses or joists / most of the time you would use it only if your sheets were to break on eight foot lengths because 48 inches doesnt come out in the middle of a sheet but there are ways around that .if its a does save lumber if your using a lot of lumber but it wastes time if you dont know your stuff and are trying to figure it out just go with 16's
