Sorry to have ruffled feathers & given a not-so-professional impression of tankless proponents.
To explain myself, I used tankless heaters & installed them, for a long time before I sold them. We have unreliable utilities out here in the swamps, so we have two (gas & electric) heaters in our farm-house. I'm rather passionate about my chosen line of work, so I'm sorry if I come on a little strong at times. I'll have my website running in a little while, maybe you will all come visit and give me constructive advice. I'm very fortunate to be in the company of folks like you and John (Midwest), maybe I could take a lesson or two from his kinder, gentler manner. My intentions are to help, but the salesman in me comes out. Thanks for a great BB. Brian. My best to you John.
