We bought a 1980 taiwan wood stove from a relative for $500.00 and had it installed by a reputable wood stove installer, Energy Alternatives in Pueblo, Colo, we put Duroc board 5ft high under brick veener on the back wall and Duroc board under brick pavers, everything meets code ,as we took out a permit to be on the safe side, thing is now , the regional inspector is rejecting it, until we can verify it is for a manufactured home, which is new to the installer and my son that has sold Manufactured homes for 13 years now, all specifications are on the back of the stove made by Taiwan Fita Industries, can you give me any info about this stove as it cost us $1,000.00 to have the pipe installed?
the Model number is 5229, test standard 797, tested byPFS Corp in Madison ,Wisconson.
I am very distraugt over this as we can't afford to replace this stove for no reason.
Any info will be more then greatly appreciated.
