Table Saw Restoration

Posted by Mitch O'Brien on February 9th, 1998 10:59 AM

I've "inherited" an older Craftsman 10" table saw that
appears to need a total restoration. I've sent for
the shop manual from Sears but was wondering if anyone
here had attempted this before. Should I dissassemble
and get everything sandblasted? Should I use naval jelly?
This thing's been sitting in a semi-sheltered breezeway
for several years and is rusting. I used it last summer
so I know it works OK. It just needs a major facelift.
