If you are talking about shower humidity and can't install a fan, then leave the door open. If your toilet tank is sweating, then the water temperature is close to the dew point causing it to sweat. 2 choices here, plumb in a mixing valve from a hot water line so the water going into the toilet is mixed with hot water so you get above the dew point or get an insulation kit for your toilet if you can find one. Since you tried the insulation, have a plumber install a mixing valve. Good luck.
