If it's on a concrete floor & yuo don't want to scrape it, the easiest way might be to chemically strip it. This involves flooding the floor with a stripper solution, abrading the stuff with a low speed rotary machine & sucking it up with a wet vac. Try some commercially available strippers like Freedom from JohnsonDiversey. If it's a tought to remove epoxy you may have to have it sand-blasted. Test the effectiveness of the stripper you chose in a small area 1st.
