We have just finished laying 700 feet of lovely quartersawn white oak in our house, only to have it ruined by the same Fabulon product that is causing you problems: Fabulon satin finish. It is streaky, it does not self level. The floor is covered with blotches. We have no idea how to correct this problem. We have tried sanding, but the sander just sands the wood around the blotch, which remains humpy and dark. We have tried scrubbing with turpentine and that doesn't help much either. Our wood is only 3/8 inch thick so we must be careful with it. We feel we have just lost everything we invested in this floor (thousands of dollars and countless hours of labor)!
