We are trying to replace the shower in one of our bathrooms - house is 50 years old, shower could be. But it is a fiberglass or similar built in. The width seems to be 47, and the depth 31. One front has a 90 degree corner to wrap around the corner of a wall, the other side is flat on the wall or the 90 degree portion is buried into the wall. The guy doing the work thinks a 48 x32 will be too big but I don't know how to measure or confirm without taking it out.
Anyone have any ideas? If it is too big a job, I might have to reglaze it instead.
