I have a farmhouse that is over 100 years old. It has a stone foundation. I believe that the orignal mortor may have been mud & straw that was mostly replaced with a cement mortor over the years. Some areas of the basement walls have been parged and are now crumbling. During a heavy rain some water may leak into the basement in some areas. Is there a product that I can apply to the stone foundation that will fill any voids & waterproof. It would also be nice to find a spray product that would insulate as well. Any suggestions??
