Still Need Help - Electrical - Switch Problem

I've wired this according to this diagram! Still have the problem with the switch before. Have power coming into a normal switch. I've then run the power to that switch and to the light to be connected by the 3-way switch. I've hooked the white wires together in the normal switch. (Line in, line to the normal light, line to the light for the 3-way.) The black wire, I added a pig tail to the normal light switch, then hooked the line in, the pigtail, the line to the light for the 3 way. It still works that if I shut off the 3-way that the normal switch works, otherwise it won't.
