I think I'm primarily frustrated because my ONE reason to buy this stuff was because I wouldn't have to make an horrific mess of my living room trying to clean up the project. Picture me snatching random bits of paint/Peel Away from my 2 year old.... I had had this fantasy about not having to drape the whole place in plastic. Sigh.
Peel Away is supposed to peel off the product and the paint in a fairly clean action. Instead, 24 hours later I had the equivalent of a tile fireplace smeared with wallboard mud to clean up. Glad I did that test thing first!
No one with any Peel Away experience has popped in here to tell me to leave it on longer for it to dry out more, but I'll try another test doing that first. And I'll see if the manufacturer will answer questions too, just thought this might be faster. Bulletin board users tend to be both helpful and readily available without having their own objectives to accomplish! If anyone else can be helpful, post away.
